Ravi is responsible for the overall vision, strategy and execution at DeltaX. With many years of representing the buyer side in both Agency and Advertiser roles and having developed deep expertise in targeting, bidding and optimization across publishers, ad networks and exchanges, he felt the need to reorganise the fragmented online marketing landscape by integrating cross-channel media buying, audience data and predictive analytics into a single digital advertising platform – this was the foundation on which DeltaX is built.
Prior to founding DeltaX, Ravi was with Directi where he lead a business unit that focused on the expansion of their hosting business. He also oversaw online marketing across the groups business units and contributed to the monetization of a multi-million$ Domain portfolio. Earlier, he was with Havas Media where he initially lead the digital agency business in India and later set up and ran the networks’ Global Center of Excellence as an independent profit center delivering world-class Media Buying, SEM, SEO, Analytics, Creative & Technology solutions to agencies and advertisers across continents.
His early career was spent as a Market Researcher where he developed his expertise in quantitative analysis and market dynamics. Ravi likes sharing his passion for data-driven marketing and digital transformation and can occasionally be seen speaking at industry events and teaching at premier institutions.
Akshay is the Co-founder at DeltaX where he drives the Technology and Product roadmap. His expertise in cloud-computing and building web-scale distributed systems coupled with deep understanding of the ad-tech ecosystem over the last 8 years has been one of the key drivers of the rapid pace of development for DeltaX’s product line.
Prior to DeltaX, Akshay was as early engineer at ideeli Inc. (acquired by Groupon). As part of the core team that was instrumental in scaling ideeli’s cloud based infrastructure to support it’s astronomical growth to over $100M in revenues and 6M members while contributing meaningfully in almost every engineering function at various stages in the lifecycle of the company. Prior to ideeli, Akshay was using his entrepreneurial zing and technology background to help NGOs stream their message to the world through social ventures and Open Data in India.
Akshay is an active speaker at BarCamps in India, technical reviewer for books on upcoming technologies and a certified hackathon specialist having won over six hackathons of local and international repute.
